Fixes:
- Fixed an error when selecting all agents on the Settings → Session settings tab.
- Fixed the logic for calculating the number of accepted threads in the Operational performance report:
- The time of accepting a thread is now the time of assigning a thread to an agent.
- The report now includes the time intervals when the agent was both active and inactive.
Administrator Workplace
