Fixes:
- Fixed an error in the web widget that occurred when transferring a thread to another agent. The message about the assignment of a new agent is now displayed correctly in the web widget.
- Fixed an error when setting up the chatbot. Now the thread will be transferred to the agent or put into the general queue after the timeout if the Chatbot server URL for processing customer messages parameter is not specified.
Agent Workplace

Fixed errors in pinned messages:
- Messages pinned by customers will now be unpinned correctly, won’t be duplicated, and won’t hide the message history in the thread.
- The date and time of pinned messages from customers and agents are now displayed correctly.
