In the next version of edna Chat Center 6.20.0 we will add new columns to the Survey results report. Keep these changes in mind when processing the report data. We will email you with more detailed information.
Administrator Workplace
Updates:
Added a new Tag required for outgoing threads switch to the Settings → Response templates and tags section. When enabling mandatory tag assignment, you can now activate one or two switches:
- Tag required for incoming threads: if the agent or supervisor has at least one tag available, they are required to assign a tag in order to complete the incoming thread.
- Tag required for outgoing threads: if the agent or supervisor has at least one tag available, they are required to assign a tag to the thread in order to send an outgoing message.

Fixes:
- Changed the display of search results on the Users tab. The list of users found by the search is now displayed immediately, without loading in stages.
- Fixed a bug with the display of the Storage section.
- Fixed a bug with the display of the navigation menu.
