Updates:
Added a new Tag required for outgoing threads switch to the Settings → Response templates and tags section. When enabling mandatory tag assignment, you can now activate one or two switches:
- Tag required for incoming threads: if the agent or supervisor has at least one tag available, they are required to assign a tag in order to complete the incoming thread.
- Tag required for outgoing threads: if the agent or supervisor has at least one tag available, they are required to assign a tag to the thread in order to send an outgoing message.

Fixes:
- Changed the display of search results on the Users tab. The list of users found by the search is now displayed immediately, without loading in stages.
- Fixed a bug with the display of the Storage section.
- Fixed a bug with the display of the navigation menu.

- Fixed a bug in determining the inactive state of the customer. Now the Left chat notification is displayed not only when the
operator.client-offline-timeout
timeout has expired, but also when there are no active channels.
