  • Added the Maximum number of agent sessions parameter to the Numerical values section of the administrator’s automated workplace. The maximum value allowed for this parameter is 100.

  • Added the ability to continue writing a message in the input field of the agent’s automated workspace if the connection is lost.
  • Improved the design of the agent’s card in the supervisor’s automated workspace.
  • Changed the display of the agent name and alias in system messages. The agent’s name is now displayed in the chat history in the agent’s and the supervisor’s automated workspaces, and only the agent’s alias is displayed to the customer.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the error of assigning threads when the agent status is Inactive.
  • Fixed response templates for the email channel. The supervisor’s department can now be displayed in the sent email.
