Supervisor Workplace
Updates:
- Added the display of notifications for the customer in the thread history on the History tab. Only notifications enabled in the Client notification section of the administrator workplace will be displayed.
- Added new columns to the Survey results report:
- Button text. The text of the button the customer clicked to complete the survey. Only available for button surveys.
- Survey type. The type of survey sent to the customer. Possible values: FCR, CSI, Other.
- Survey status. The status of the survey sent to the customer. Possible values:
NEW. A new survey form saved in the database. The survey switches to this status immediately after the end of the thread.SENT. The survey form sent to the customer.READ. The survey in the form was read by the customer.ANSWERED. The customer has completed at least one survey in the form.CLOSED. The survey form is closed. When creating a new thread, all submitted surveys switch to this status.FAILED. The survey form wasn’t delivered to the customer.

You can only set up surveys through the database. For more information on how to enable button surveys, send a request to technical support at support@edna.io.
Administrator Workplace
Updates:
Added a new File storage period parameter to the Settings → License and Settings → Storage sections. This is the period of time during which the database will store thread attachments. After the specified period has elapsed, the stored thread attachments will no longer be available. Read more about storage in edna Chat Center.
If the maximum storage capacity is not set, the file storage period is unlimited.
General
Updates:
- Supported the ability to send outgoing messages to customers, even if they have not switched to the online chat widget.
- Moved templates for masking card and account numbers to the configuration file. Read more about masking.
- Updated the Gradle automatic assembly system to version 8.5.0.
Fixes:
- Fixed a bug that caused the agent name not to be displayed in the widget after a new thread was distributed to the agent.
- Fixed a bug that could cause incorrect information to be added to the database when creating an outgoing message for a new customer.
