Auto Payment with Stripe

Auto payment with the Stripe payment system allows you to automatically add a specified amount of money to your account balance using a bank card.

After activating auto payment, your account balance will automatically be replenished when the specified minimum balance is reached. This allows you to automatically renew your licenses and continue using edna Pulse services.

After each successful auto replenishment, an invoice is generated and a payment link is saved in edna Pulse. To download the invoice or the receipt, open the Profile → Company profile section of edna Pulse and go to the Payment → Documents tab.

Auto Payment Requirements

For a successful auto payment, make sure the card you want to link is valid, unblocked, and has sufficient funds for the automatic debit. Your bank may also require you to confirm the payment.

If there are any payment issues, you’ll be notified by email and on the Notifications section of edna Pulse.

How to Activate Auto Payment with Stripe

1. Open the Profile → Company profile section of edna Pulse. 
2. Go to the Payment → Balance replenishment tab.
3. Click Activate auto payment.
   Or click Top up → Activate auto payment in the upper-right corner.

4. Set the minimum integer balance to be automatically replenished.
   The minimum value is 50 USD or EUR.
5. Set the amount to replenish the minimum balance.
   The minimum value is 30 USD or EUR.
6. Click Apply.
   Once applied, you’ll be redirected to the Stripe website.

7. In the window that opens, specify and save the details of the card you want to use for the auto payment, considering the auto payment requirements.

Once your payment card is added to Stripe and your auto payment is successfully activated in edna Pulse, you’ll be notified by email and on the Notifications section of edna Pulse.

How to Edit Auto Payment with Stripe

1. Open the Profile → Company profile section of edna Pulse.
2. Go to the Payment → Balance replenishment tab.
3. Click Edit auto payment.
4. Select Edit auto payment.

4. Set a new minimum integer balance to be automatically replenished.
   The minimum value is 50 USD or EUR.
5. Set a new amount to replenish the minimum balance.
   The minimum value is 30 USD or EUR.
6. Click Apply.

How to Edit Card Details for Auto Payment with Stripe

1. Open the Profile → Company profile section of edna Pulse.
2. Go to the Payment → Balance replenishment tab.
3. Click Edit auto payment.
4. Select Edit card details.
5. Click Change to open the Stripe website.
6. In the window that opens, edit and save the linked card details.

How to Deactivate Auto Payment with Stripe

1. Open the Profile → Company profile section of edna Pulse.
2. Go to the Payment → Balance replenishment tab.
3. Click Edit auto payment.
4. Select Deactivate auto payment.
5. Click Request deactivation to send a request to your personal manager to deactivate your auto payment.
6. Wait for the manager to contact you.

Once the request is approved and your payment is successfully deactivated, you’ll be notified by email and on the Notifications section of edna Pulse.
