Now, in the message sending window, agents can use response templates: personal ones and templates from the directory.
Bug Fixes
- Now the supervisor can send new messages by email if the client already has an active thread.
- Now information about the file is displayed in the agent’s personal queue in the WhatsApp thread preview.
- Updated the rules for checking the email address in the outgoing message sending window on the Email channel connection screen.
- Fixed an error which blocked the delivery of some messages from the bot.
